"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA A SOLADO DE CALÇADOS ESPORTIVOS". Compreendendo a intercalação, entre o apoio estabilizador e o solado propriamente dito do calçado esportivo, e ao nível do salto, de um inserto amortecedor (1), feito de preferência em borracha termoplástica, e formado por bloco achatado, reproduzindo aproximadamente o formato do salto do calçado, e tendo a face inferior (2) praticamente plana, e a superior (3) suavemente arqueada no sentido longitudinal, terminando anteriormente em aresta transversal viva e retilínea (4), dito inserto (1) sendo ainda dotado, ao longo de sua espessura, de vazamentos transversais paralelos e passantes (5), separados entre si por travessas ou nervuras igualmente paralelas e transversais (6).
