Abstract

"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM CATETER BALÃO PARA ANGIOPLASTIA". Consiste essencialmente de um cateter (1) multilumem, feito em material plástico, dotado de balão (2) não complacente na extremidade distal, de diâmetro adequado ao vaso (V) alvo, de modo que o cateter (1) possui em sua extremidade posterior dois 'luer lock' (3) sendo o 'luer lock' (3L) lateral interligado ao tubo (4) de lúmen mais periférico que tem a função de insuflar e desinsuflar o balão (2) com devido componente líquido e o 'luer lock' (3C) central interligado ao tubo (5) de lúmen central, por onde é passado o fio guia, o "primer" do cateter e infusão de medicamentos.
