Compreendendo uma par retangular (1), provida de três regiões dobráveis no sentido transversal (2), duas nos extremos e uma central, sendo a central separadora de duas secções iguais (3) abauladas por meio de quatro ou mais secções (4) retilíneas iguais, igualmente afastadas entre si, e providas, centralmente, de recortes (5) iguais, semicirculares, para que se ajustem às colunas, postes e vigas em que forem colocados estes dispositivos, os quais ficarão presos após a colagem das regiões (2) extremas, uma à outra, e sendo as duas regiões abauladas (3) utilizáveis para conterem os dizeres necessários.
