Sendo constituída por um corpo tubular que pode ser empurrado e extrusado da cápsula totalmente asséptica, sendo descartada após uso, onde o êmbolo está montado no exterior do referido corpo sendo manuseado pelo acionamento de uma alavanca, impulsionada, independente mas acoplável ao corpo da máquina, de modo a empurrar o sorvete para fora da embalagem.
