Patente de modelo de utilidade para um filtro de tensionado para processos de fritura e cozimento, compreendendo: elemento filtrante 1, e aparato para tensionamento do elemento filtrante 2, de modo que o elemento filtrante 1 fica tensionado pelo aparato para tensionamento do elemento filtrante 2, possibilitando sobrepô-lo ao recipiente onde se procede a fritura ou cozimento, ficando o elemento filtrante 1 apoiado diretamente sobre as bordas deste recipiente, de forma estável.
