"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM SERINGA DE SEGURANÇA AUTOMATICAMENTE RETRÁTIL". Compreendendo uma agulha (80) montada em um cubo (20) tendo um anel O ring de borracha, uma capa da agulha (10), uma mola retrátil (40), um êmbolo retrátil e quebrável (60), uma gaxeta de vedação (50) do êmbolo e um cilindro para medicamento (70); sendo o êmbolo quebrável (60) montado dentro do cilindro de medicamento (70), quando o anterior empurrado completamente até o final do seu curso, o mesmo é forçado a quebrar-se automaticamente em duas partes reduzindo seu comprimento de forma a proporcionar espaço suficiente para que a mola retrátil mova a agulha ao longo das passagens deslizantes, produzindo uma ação automaticamente retrátil.
