Refere-se a uma nova forma plástica de sistema de fixação interna de corpos vertebrais na coluna lombar torácica, usada na área da medicina e apresentada por um conector que une haste longitudinal ao pino rosqueado que se fixa internamente no canal do pedículo, com ajuste angular travado somente quando o aperto final é aplicado ao conjunto.
