"CILINDRO EXPANSIVO PARA CORPECTOMIA". O presente Modelo de Utilidade refere-se a um dispositivo em titânio usado cirurgicamente na área da Medicina, mais precisamente, na Ortopedia. O referido dispositivo tem por objetivo substituir o corpo vertebral, permitindo que os cirurgiões reconstruam e estabilizem certos tipos de defeitos da coluna anterior. A indicação mais comum de substituição de corpo vertebral é para reconstrução da pilastra anterior da coluna depois da resseção dos tumores ou elementos da coluna severamente fraturados.
