"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM FORNOS DE CONVECÇÃO COM TAMPA BASCULANTE LATERAL". Especialmente de uma tampa (1) lateral basculante instalada em fornos de convecção, que com sua abertura permite o acesso de modo prático e rápido, a praticamente toda a área da câmara de cozimento, sendo a abertura efetuada pelo operador do equipamento, que deve posicionar as mãos à barra (2) existente junto ao visor (3), puxando-a em sentido ascendente, de modo a liberá-la dos encaixes (4), permitindo seu basculamento total.
