"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA APARELHO PARA EXERCÍCIO ABDOMINAL". Compreendido por um colchonete flexível cuja face superior é provida na secção superior de alças de empunhadura estas fixadas rigidamente e alinhadas transversalmente de forma eqüidistante, enquanto a secção inferior possui alças de engate fixadas rigidamente e alinhadas transversalmente de forma eqüidistante, sendo a face inferior do dito colchonete provida de velcro macho que recebe de forma plugavel pesos de lhama de ferro, estes providos de velcro fêmea, podendo em uma disposição derivativa a secção inferior do dito colchonete ser dotada de apenas uma alça de engate, enquanto a secção superior e inferior podem ser bipartida aberta através de zíper, possibilitando o acondicionamento dos pesos no seu interior.
