Compreendendo uma roda dividida em duas partes (1) e (1A), sendo que uma das partes é composta de um material um pouco mais grosso para haver a inclusão de um canal (2) no qual é inserido um anel de borracha ou material similar (3) no momento em que as duas partes são unidas mecanicamente, dito anel (3) realizando a vedação que impede que o ar se esvaia, eliminando assim o uso de câmara.
