Abstract
"SISTEMA DE AQUECIMENTO DE ÁGUA POR ENERGIA SOLAR". O presente sistema, que conjuga as funções de coletar a energia do sol, aquecer e manter a temperatura da água, foi desenvolvido com a serpentina em forma de 'cruz' com a intenção de aumentar a área de troca térmica, tendo assim, um melhor rendimento. O dito sistema é constituído de depósito ou reservatório de água quente (tanque) (1), com sistema anti-congelante, tratamento anti corrosivo, e de trocador de calor (serpentina) (2), que localiza-se no interior do tanque (1). A serpentina recebe a água vinda dos coletores solar e é a responsável pela transferência da energia captada nos coletores para a água ser aquecida. O sistema possui também isolamento térmico em lã de vidro e cobertura em placa de vidro transparente e vedação feita com guarnição de borracha.
