Refere-se o presente modelo, a um funcional assento para a prática de exercícios abdominais, provido de uma base de sustentação fixada ao assento, permitindo que sejam executados movimentos para a frente, através da força exercida pelos apoios de mãos e fixação dos pés na base inferior, proporcionando exercícios intensivos na musculatura abdominal, sem prejudica e sobrecarregar a coluna.
