"LANÇADOR DE CONFETE E SERPENTINA". Constituído, de um modo geral, de um pequeno receptáculo dotado com delgado prolongamento na parte inferior, de onde sai um cordão cuja extremidade interna ao dito prolongamento é revestida de uma cola especial suscetível de detonação por fricção, de maneira a provocar a expansão do ar interno e consequentemente a explosão que faz arremessar no ar uma porção de pequenos recortes de papéis coloridos, dourados ou prateados, que se espalham de maneira a proporcionar um efeito visual inusitado e espetacular, alegre e muito bonito.
