"SEPARADOR DE CLARA DE OVO". O presente pedido de patente trata de um separador de clara de ovo pra ser usado na produção industrial, em grande escala. Permite que a separação entre a clara e a gema seja feita rapidamente, para vários ovos ao mesmo tempo. O equipamento consiste em uma armação metálica inclinada (1), que possui quatro pernas e que apresenta suportes para quatro calhas (2, 4, 5 e 6), responsáveis por fazer a separação entre a clara e a gema e conduzi-las por caminhos diferentes, chegando cada uma a um recipiente separado.
