Constituído de um conjunto (1), composto de uma caixa principal (2), dotado de guias nas extremidades laterais (3), nas quais é acoplado através de um sistema de gaveta, uma tampa (4) de acrílico ou outro material compatível equivalente, com inscrições informativas de identificações quaisquer (5), iluminados por uma lâmpada (6) disposta logo abaixo da tampa, destacando assim a informação visual, referido conjunto permite ainda ser fixado em postos e locais quaisquer, em vista da conformação de sua base plana (7), na parte posterior (8) da caixa.
