"DISPOSITIVO LANÇADOR DE OBJETOS EM GERAL". Formado por uma peça (12) tubular acoplada a uma base composta por duas peças, sendo uma peça circular (1) com sede (5) interna e uma tampa (9) anelar com batoque (11), encaixando-se batoque (11) e sede (5) de modo a obter-se uma câmara que aloja um pedaço de algodão explosivo (8) com pavio (7), formando uma base para receber um corpo tubular (12) com tampa destacável (13), dito corpo (12) contendo bexigas, serpentinas. balas, doces, lembretes e quaisquer outros objetos leves, sendo que, após a explosão do algodão (8), os referidos objetos sejam lançados em grande pressão, para o alto, espalhando-se pelo ambiente.
