Abstract

"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM MÁQUINA COMPACTA, PORTÁTIL, HOMOGENEIZADORA, PICADORA E MOEDORA DE CARNE". Trata-se de um equipamento que consiste em uma máquina portátil, compacta, homogeneizadora, picadora e moedora de carne, para ser utilizada em indústrias, restaurantes, lojas de carne, supermercados, etc. Com ela pode-se tomar a carne mais homogênea, ou seja, a sua cor fica mais avermelhada, ficando desta forma mais consistente, devido ao processo de bater ou misturar a carne antes de moê-la. O seu acionamento é feito de forma elétrica através de um botão ou de forma manual através de uma manivela. Possui uma tampa transparente, a qual permite o funcionamento da máquina somente na posição fechada, localizada acima do homogeneizador de carne.
