"PENTE AMACIADOR DE BIFES CARNES - (PAB)". Que tem a finalidade evitar que os bifes processados na máquina enrolem-se nos rolos, direcionando-os para a área de aparamento, constituído (Fig.1) por um corpo cúbico irregular com arestas arredondadas do polímero ABS injetado tornando este corpo maciço (1), sendo neste fixadas hastes de seção transversal circular de aço inox 420 (2) de diâmetro proporcionalmente calculado (3), formando um ângulo interno (4), posição esta onde se acomodam os rolos de amaciamento (5), conforme disposto na Fig. 2.
