Composta de uma haste geralmente metálica e multi-segmentada, onde cada um dos segmentos está preso ao outro por intermédio de um extensor elástico, sendo que, essa disposição possibilita que a muleta seja desarmada, dobrada e presa por um elemento de união adequado, além de contar com bracelete articulado e angulação padrão ou sob medida junto ao apoio do punho.
