"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM VARAL DE ROUPAS". Particularmente um varal giratório movido à força eólica, compreendendo um elemento girante dotado de uma cruzeta, rolamentos e demais acessórios, sustentando tubos metálicos que formam raios, onde são passados fios de náilon entre cada um desses tubos, de modo a formar um supedâneo para as roupas, sendo que, o dito elemento girante é afixado num tubo retangular que é assentado, por sua vez, em duas mãos-francesas, que são fixadas a uma parede ou no chão.
