Onde a distância entre o minifixador e o dorso do punho foi aumentada, de tal modo a permitir a dorsoflexão e a mobilidade precoce, impedindo a formação de distrofia simpática reflexa, bem como a retirada do ângulo ulnar do fio do lado ulnar, possibilitando a retirada sem dificuldade do fio a nível ambulatorial.
