"EQUIPAMENTO DE RESFRIAMENTO DE LÍQUIDOS, MASSAS E CREMES". Funcionando através de um mecanismo de resfriamento, onde são introduzidos líquidos, massas, cremes e ar, que apresenta como melhoria cilindros de resfriamento mais longo e paredes mais finas, com canos condutores de gás de maior diâmetro achatados contra os cilindros, aumentando, dessa forma, o frio necessário e por conseqüência gastando menos energia.
