Destinado a alimentação de animais, tais como, por exemplo, suínos em regime de confinamento, onde, com esse dispositivo, a ração é repartida através de um comedouro o qual possibilita a distribuição do alimento para um grupo de animais, de maneira a não privilegiar um determinado animal em detrimento de outro que tenha chegado antes ao dispositivo.
