A presente invenção, que em apenas um elemento, conjuga a função de três publicidades alternando em um só painel, que é construído de metalon, chapa fria fina e peças fundidas em resina, que proporcionam um baixo custo de produção e uma excelente durabilidade e resistência das peças, e de todo mecanismo. O dito painel é construído por um corpo principal (1) com prismas triangulares em seu interior (2) peças em resinas (3) borboleta em resina (9) que proporciona o movimento dos prismas, tendo o suporte (8) que fixa o parafuso (10) e um motor (5).
