Compreendendo um tubo externo (1), com as duas extremidades abertas, nele acoplado axialmente o tubo interno (2), que possui alargamento (3) que serve de manípulo, podendo girar um tubo no outro, sendo que o tubo (1) possui seu bocal inferior dotado de um truncamento (4), e a ele se acopla axialmente uma projeção (5) troncônica existente no alargamento (3).
