Caracterizada pelo fato de que o ilhós ora proposto é definido por uma estrutura geral (1) , formada a partir de duas peças independentes (2) e (3), de formato preferencialmente circular, as quais, respectivamente incorporam bordas externas (5) e (6) , que possuem diâmetros iguais e bordas internas (7) e (8), das peças (2) e (3), com diâmetros diferentes, o que gera uma diferença de medida (9); da peça (3) saem lingüetas (4), localizadas na linha diametral do círculo interno (8).
