Abstract

"SISTEMA FECHADO PARA ASPIRAÇÃO ENDOTRAQUEAL COM CONEXÃO EM Y". Foi desenvolvido para agilizar e facilitar o procedimento de aspiração de secreção(ões) em pacientes com intubação endotraqueal, especialmente no que diz respeito à forma da válvula principal ( 1 ) cujo desenho é uma espécie de "Y", possibilitando a entrada de gases numa forma linear, possuir uma válvula para acionamento do vácuo ( 4 ) onde o seu manuseio dá-se apenas com o apertar do botão ( 4-A ), como possuir um dispositivo de introdução de diluente ( 5 ) desenvolvido numa forma prática e ágil, pois através do "flip" ( 5-C ) existente na extremidade da tampa, o usuário não desprende qualquer excesso de tempo ou atenção na introdução do líquido diluente da secreção na cânula endotraqueal.
