Refere-se a um conjunto especialmente desenvolvido para aplicação em linhas eletrificadas para cercas eletrônicas (elétricas) geralmente usadas em residências particulares, edifícios comerciais, garagens e etc, mais especificamente em muros, com intuito de dificultar a entrada de pessoas estranhas, visando segurança. A novidade principal está no fato de que os isoladores são perfeitamente encaixados nos tubos ou hastes.
