Aquecedor (1) este do tipo de acumulação, elétrico ou a gás, e o qual prevê um tanque (2) de armazenamento dotado de tampas (T), no interior do qual a água é armazenada, aquecida por meios convenientes, mantida nesta condição através de termostatos, e assim permanecendo em disponibilidade para uso imediato pelo consumidor, sendo que dito tanque (2) apresenta-se provido de revestimento externo (3) e interno (4) constituído por chapa de aço inoxidável, a interna (4) sendo de maior espessura que a externa (3).
