Segundo a qual referido painel publicitário foi desenvolvido de maneira a apresentar características que permitem expor mensagens publicitárias ou institucionais de forma contínua"e repetitiva, imagens estas afixadas num filme ou película flexível, tracionada por roletes movidos por motoredução; referidas mensagens são formadas por imagens seqüenciais e segmentadas ou por imagens diversas, dispostas tal como quadro a quadro seqüenciais ou segmentados, passíveis de gerar movimentos no campo visual do espectador.
