"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM PARAFUSO DE USO CIRÚRGICO". Caracterizado pelo fato de compreender um elemento expansível (1) formado por um corpo monobloco (2) de configuração essencialmente cilindrica; o elemento expansível (1) compreende um orifício axial roscado (3), o qual na sua metade distal (4) sofre um afunilamento definidor de um trecho troncônico roscado (5); o elemento expansível (1) apresenta um conjunto de fendas (6) que partem do extremo distal do mesmo e se prolongam até aproximadamente metade da medida de comprimento do dito elemento (1).
