Removível (do pênis e de fácil manuseio, é leve, rígido e extremamente discreto durante seu uso, além de ser eficaz no tratamento de alongamento peniano e deve ser usado com o pênis relaxado, pois não é aparelho para penetração, não impedindo o seu estado de ereção quando conveniente, pois pode acontecer uma pequena ereção durante o uso e o extensor peniano continuará completamente confiável, tanto na questão de segurança do uso, não causando constrangimentos, quanto a eficácia, higiene e manuseio, além do custo operacional mais baixo possibilitando acesso mais especificado e melhorar o desempenho sexual.
