Destinado a servir como peça de acabamento e funcional ao tampo superior, onde se realiza uma perfuração circular destinada a passar o conjunto de fios e cabos que ligam o monitor, teclado e mouse ao computador, contando com um inserto circular, cilíndrico, oco e munido de aba sextavada, onde se encaixa uma tampa dotada de um flape, permitindo que se abra ou feche a tampa, sendo que o passa-fio fica rente a superfície do tampo onde foi inserido, sem deixar desnível entre a aba sextavada e a superfície do móvel.
