Fabricado em látex vulcanizado, podendo ou não incluir um lubrificante qualquer, tal como silicone, como também poderá ser ou não aromatizado, porém, independentemente de tais aspectos, apresenta corpo tubular (1), tendo a extremidade posterior aberta e guarnecida por wn colarinho anelar (2), enquanto a sua extremidade anterior poderá terminar de forma arredondada ou afunilada (3), sendo que, ainda, o corpo tubular (1) apresentar três trechos diferentes no seu comprimento, denominados de estriado (4), anatômico (5) e texturizado (6).
