O presente modelo refere-se a uma disposição de enchimento e fechamento hermético aplicável em obturadores pneumáticos para condutos ocupados de PVC e similares, cuja finalidade é substituída a válvula de enchimento e esvaziamento convencional, incorporada em elemntos de aplicação similar. Esta disposição destina-se a instalações telefônicas como elementos de grande ajuda no fechamento hermético.
