"APERFEIÇOAMENTO EM REDE PARA PESCA". Constituindo uma armação retangular flexível envolvedora (1), a qual prende-se uma rede (3) com isca (4), dita armação (1) atuando de forma retrátil, pelo fato de ser dotada de uma linha de nylon (7) tensionada entre o peso da uma placa de chumbo (6) inferior e o empuxo proporcionado por uma bóia (B), formando uma espécie de eixo vertical pelo qual deslizará, pelo seu orifício (8), o lado superior da armação (1), no sentido de aproximar e fechar-se com o lado inferior, sendo tal retração associada à movimentação efetuada pelo próprio peixe (P) junto à rede, no momento em que morder a isca (4), dispensando-se o uso de anzóis.
