Compreendendo uma envolvedura (1), praticamente tubular, configurando a caneleira propriamente dita, ligeiramente cônica, ficando o lado maior voltado para cima, onde existe um prolongamento que configura protetor de joelho (2) com presilha posterior (18), enquanto inferiormente um outro prolongamento à maneira de aba anterior configura o protetor (3) para a região superior do pé, esta parte e as outras duas são integralmente confeccionadas em peças laminares flexíveis, uma externa resistente (4) e uma interna mais confortável (5), incluindo-se reforços frontais internos metálicos (6) e (16).
