Abstract

"PROCESSO DE REFRIGERAÇÃO PARA ÁGUA DE COCO E RESPECTIVO RESERVATÓRIO". Trata-se de um conjunto (figura 1) destinado a retirada de água de coco e refrigeração desta para o consumo consiste em uma perfuradeira (11,12,13,16,27,30) já usual, incidindo o ato inventivo sobre os reservatórios (21-25 -28) com filtragem (18,22,26) da água de coco que é distribuida (23) através de dutos (24), tudo protegido por uma barrica (14), com tampa (17), apoiada sobre uma mesa (15), com pés (20). O líquido é retirado gelado pela torneira (19), dado que no reservatório (21) conterá gelo.
