Abstract

" DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM EQUIPAMENTO DE SECAGEM E DESIDRATAÇÃO DE ERVA MATE E/OU CHÁS ". Que possui como principal característica a secagem por ar aquecido introduzindo em câmara de calor. O produto passa por esteira onde irá permanecer por um determinado tempo a uma temperatura ideal de secagem, variando a temperatura e tempo, de acordo com a umidade e quantidade do produto. Pode-se aumentar ou diminuir a temperatura, o tempo de permanência do produto na câmara e o tamanho do equipamento, sem variar as características principais do processo, temperatura ideal de 80 a 130 C.
