Abstract
DISPOSIÇÕES INTRODUZIDAS EM CAIXAS DE DERIVAÇÃO PARA USO EM INSTALAÇÕES ELÉTRICAS DOMÉSTICAS E ANÁLOGAS consiste em projetar caixas de derivação, que internamente possam acomodar tubos de ¾" até 4" polegadas, sendo que obrigatoriamente, a caixa de derivação deve suportar no mínimo 02 tubos de 1" polegada em sua base e, opcionalmente, laterais de igual capacidade, e caixas de derivação especiais, que possam acomodar tubo de até 4" polegadas em sua base e, opcionalmente, laterais de igual capacidade. Porém, todas as caixas de derivação, independente de seus volumes internos, devem possuir aberturas frontais que permitam a utilização de espelhos 4x2" polegadas ou 4x4" polegadas (padrão de mercado), para acomodação das tomadas onde serão terminados os cabos elétricos e de telecomunicações.
