"DISPOSIÇÕES INTRODUZIDAS EM PANELA TORRADEIRA E DE GLACEAMENTO" A presente patente de modelo de utilidade refere-se a um equipamento desenvolvido para tostar e glacear nozes e amêndoas em geral. Dimensionada e configurada estrutural para garantir menor consumo de energia com alto índice de produtividade, para uso em todo e qualquer tipo de ambientes. O equipamento caracteriza-se por possuir disposições originais, com vistas a melhorar a sua utilização e eficiência em relação aos similares existentes, permitindo o glaceamento rápido e homogêneo dos mais variados tipos de nozes acondicionadas neste equipamento. Possui recipiente basculante(4) com alavanca(6) agitador(1) com chanfros, dispositivo de controle de temperatura(11), carapaça circular(17), anel de aquecimento(19), plataforma removível(22) e amortecedor de impacto(25).
