Abstract

"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM CHURRASQUEIRA" é composta por um cesto onde é acondicionado o carvão ( 1 ), que passa a assar ou cozer espetos que são distribuídos em encaixes próprios ( 4 ). A gordura da carne deverá ficar depositada em uma bandeja inferior ( 5 ) onde poderá ser acondicionada água. Ao alto é aposta bandeja ( 3 ), que também pode ser utilizada para o cozimento de alimentos, ou para mante-los aquecidos após devidamente assados.
