Patente de Modelo de Utilidade de "DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM PRESILHA PARA TUBO DE TÚNEL PARA PLANTAÇÕES", compreendida por um corpo(1), preferencialmente plástico, que apresenta, derivando do centro para as laterais do dito corpo(1), pelo menos duas lâminas curvas e flexíveis(2) em forma de arco, com suas extremidades frontais(3) eqüidistantes entre si, sendo que, em sua porção superior, dito corpo(1) possui uma projeção(4), preferivelmente cônica, terminante com uma base superior anelar(5), sendo que, ditas lâminas curvas e flexíveis(2) envolvem pelo menos 3/4 do diâmetro do tubo(6).
