Abstract

DISPOSIÇÕES INTRODUZIDAS EM BIFETEIRA consiste em disposições que passam pela fixação por engate e pressão de rosca (5) em parafuso (3) do próprio cabo (20 sobre suporte (8) integrado já na fundição da dita bifeteira (1) ou panela, sendo que a bifeteira em questão recebeu ainda disposições quanto ao escorrimento de óleo, tendo dois bicos cônicos triangulares (14) para esta finalidade, bem como, de canaleta perimetral (13) no leito (9) de fritura/grelhamento, para drenagem do excesso de gordura.
