"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA A EMBALAGEM PARA COMPACT DISC", compreendendo basicamente uma construtividade tal que permite à mesma ser empilhada e encaixada sobre outras embalagens idênticas, formando uma estrutura estável, sendo referida embalagem provida de meios que permitem o deslocamento horizontal articulável de seu berço interno de acondicionamento do compact disc, permitindo que este último seja retirado de sua embalagem sem abalar a estrutura empilhada.
