Superiormente a coluna vertical(01) expande-se para os lados, criando uma cuba(03), onde ficará o óleo para a fritura, sob cujos fundos(05) desliza uma gaveta(06), provida de duas bases(07) dos queimadores(08), conectados à tubulação(09), provida de uma válvula de vazão(10).
