"DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM, PROCESSADOR E DISTRIBUIDOR DE SOM E IMAGENS" , segundo o qual a instalação do aparelho ou dispositivo (1) é dependente de um distribuidor central, que controla o tempo a tarifação de utilização do equipamento, podendo o mesmo ser instalado em rede com telefone e televisor, ou em rede com outros equipamentos, tal como secretária eletrônica, videocassete e conversor de sinais a cabo, de modo de estabelecer contato de áudio e vídeo entre usuários, (parentes, amigos, contatos profissionais, etc.) utilizando apenas a conexão de uma linha telefônica (móvel ou fixa) e a rede elétrica.
