A presente invenção que destina - se a assar alimentos apropriados a base da queima de carvão, com o auxílio de um recipiente com água onde a gordura do alimento irá precipitar - se isentando o contato da gordura com o carvão, inibindo a propagação de fumaça e gases tóxicos, nocivos a saúde, que em outras circunstância haveria um maior contato com o alimento.
