"APERFEIÇOAMENTO INTRODUZIDO EM JÓIAS OU BIJUTERIAS" , mais particularmente a broches (1), de formatos, desenhos e materais diversos, o qual é caracterizada pelo fato de ser dotado de alça (2), preferencialmente em metal, podendo a mesma descrever qualquer formato geométrico, tal como um semi-arco (3), um "V", entre outros, desde que as duas extremidades (3a) e (3b) da alça (2) fiquem fixadas de modo conveniente ao broche (1), gerando um espaço vazado (E) onde é possível então introduzir e pendurar uma das hastes (H) da armação do óculos.
